These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of WBNHP app. These Terms form an agreement between you and SPMU_NHP,WB (GW), SWID, WRIDD, Govt. of West Bengal. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document that you should read.

Who we are-
State Project Management Unit (SPMU_NHP), SWID, Govt of West Bengal, is a dedicated team of young experts working under National Hydrology Project to strengthen the hydrological data acquisition cum sharing for the state of West Bengal. SPMU_NHP (SWID) plays a critical role in ensuring that NHP is being executed efficiently according to the project plan, project stays on schedule and within budget. It also takes care of the implementation, monitoring, and management and achieving intended outcomes.

Registration- The admin has all rights to register/change user account to use this survey app. Individual front end sign up is not available. Authorised users must not share account credentials or make account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

Using Our Services-
You must comply with all applicable laws as well as our Sharing & Publication Policy, Usage Policies, and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you. You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not: Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates anyone’s rights. Automatically or programmatically extract data or output.

Software-
This mobile application, which may update automatically to ensure you’re using the latest version.
Feedback-
We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you. You can mail feedback at eeplanningswid@gmail.com.
Content-
You are responsible for field data/images upload ensuring that it is correct and uploaded to good faith and does not violate any applicable law or does not contain any restricted areas.

Opt Out-
If you do not want to use this app, you can opt out by contacting the admin and by removing only your personal information. Please note that all the field data once uploaded will be the property of SPMU_NHP, SWID and can be processed further by us.

Termination-
You are free to stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services or delete your account anytime if we determine:
You breached these Terms or our Usage Policies.
Any fake data uploaded by user etc.
Discontinuation of Services-
We may decide to discontinue this app and we have the right to do so at any time.
Limitations-
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DATA INACCURACY, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE OR ERROR FREE. DATA MAY USED WITH CAUTION.
